
The Advanced Features for Revelation helpdesk are like the double-black diamond ski slope - not for the casual user.
Be advised: Making changes to these features can seriously affect how and what is viewed by staff, and the functionality of the product for your users.
Permissions
From the Permissions tab, set the functionality available by Access Level or by Team.
Ticket Access Control
The Ticket Access Control panel allows Super Admins to control which tickets can be seen by Access Level, Team and/or Staff.
Phrase Per Team
Set System Phrases, and then create specific phrases for a Team. It's a Call for the Tech Team, but an Incident for the Engineering Team. Can also be set for Asset Phrases and User Phrases.
Enhanced Custom Email Notifications
Custom email notifications can be customized by client type, and using the Phrase Per Team control.
Single Sign On
Enroll Multiple Tenants for Single Sign On and Login with Microsoft Required for Single Sign On can be set for your Revelation.
Office 365 True-Sync
Using Azure AD Tenants, configure which users will automatically be synced to Revelation helpdesk
Allow Licensed Users System Wide
Allow licensed users to 'work' system-wide, from either your host company or from any of your end-users' offices.
Custom Configurations
See which Client Types have specialized settings for Custom Email Alerts, Self-Service Interface, and other options. The Client Type in the drop down will be highlighted to show which ones have been updated.
Change your Host Name
Edit the Host Name of your company from the Admin area.
Compliance Controls
Archiving, Privacy Settings, Pattern identification for security issues.
Mimic User Accounts
Super Admins can view an End User's screens to see how it is set up, with an eye to helping better setup the system.
