The Revelation Bridge is a free plug-in for users of Outlook 2013 and above (including Office 365). The plug-in allows you to link your Outlook email with Revelation helpdesk quickly and easily. This is especially helpful when a client emails the technician or Staff Plus member directly rather than going through the Revelation system or calling into your help desk.
The plug-in allows you to convert an email into a new ticket instantly, or append an existing ticket. The text of the ticket becomes the Action Note. To set up the Revelation Bridge for your copy of Revelation helpdesk, please see the Admin area.
NOTE: Revelation Bridge only works with SSL. If you are not using https://, the bridge will not work.

Revelation Bridge works with:
- Outlook 2013 and above for Windows
- Outlook 2016 for the Mac
- Office 365
- Revelation helpdesk server edition 2016 (Build 16.1.3 and above)
