Email Parser Alert
If additional configuration is required on your Parser SMTP account, Super Admins will see the following alert in the upper left of the Home Page. Clicking the View link will take you to the appropriate parser edit screen.
Email Alert Log
The Email Alert Log can provide a list of emails sent from Revelation based on the notification type. It will include the date created, notification type, Ticket ID (Ticket number), who got the email and if it was sent.
Clicking on the Details link will provide a copy of the email sent to the client and/or staff.
