Once your ticket is completed, you may receive an email asking for your feedback on how well the work was done.
If you receive one of these emails, you can select the number of stars for the rating. You will then be taken to a page to confirm your rating. Once you are happy with the rating, click the close button to close out the browser window.
Please take the time to rate your service. This allows your service provider to ensure they are doing a good job, or see where they might need to make improvements.
