If available, you may see the option to view Slices on your home page. This charting system provides you with information on open Tickets, etc. The exact charts you see are determined by your Support Company or IT Department. There will be a drop down on the upper left side of the screen if you have several options for viewing.

You can also right click on the Slices icon to see the options available to you.
