Revelation users can not only pin frequently used tickets to their dashboards - they can also reorganize them as necessary.
Clicking the Reorder items button will switch the pin dock into edit mode.
Click and drag the tickets that need to be moved into the correct order:
Once tickets have been reordered as needed, click Save. The updated pin dock order will be reflected in the pin dock on your homepage.
