The Log shows the number of items either archived or deleted as well as the date and time it was completed.
Grid shows the following;
- Date archived (includes time)
- Tickets Archived
- Clients Archived
- Contacts Archived
- Tickets Deleted
- Clients Deleted
- Contacts Deleted
- Error Message
NOTE: The archive runs every 24 hours. Because the process can be very time consuming, it archives a few thousand records at a time. Initially, a system with a large amount of data could take a few days for everything to be archived .
