The Home Page welcomes users into Revelation helpdesk. It contains a wealth of information, the primary purpose being to provide a snapshot of your open tickets.
The screen for each user level is slightly different. Our versions, Select, Prime and Gameplan, are for Cloud and On-Premise users. The Core version, which is free, is strictly Cloud.
