By clicking on this tab, an Administrator will see all the scheduled searches which have been saved to Revelation. If Report Builder is enabled, you will see a tab for any scheduled searches set up for Report Builder reports. You can now choose to unsubscribe from a scheduled search, as well.
Clicking on the Search name will manually run the item.
