This report displays the total amount of hours logged within a period for all Teams or a specified Team, along with the billing of those hours.
The options for this report are as follows:
Project Type: A list of your available project types.
Team: A list of your internal Teams.
Support Staff: A list of Revelation users.
Predefined Dates: The options are Last 3 Months (default), Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months and YTD (Year to Date).
Start Date/End Date: As with the other reports, you can specify a date range outside the predefined dates or select the specific date range with the calendar pull downs.
Once your report displays, four columns will appear indicating the following:
Name: Names of internal staff per selected department.
Role: Corresponding role of each staff member.
Rate: Corresponding rate of each staff member.
Total Time Logged: Total number of hours logged within the defined period.
Total Amount: The total amount that each staff member's hours add up to.
