This is a report with links back to the Manage Ticket Types set up. The list shows which Ticket Types are associated with specific teams. If a Ticket Type is not available to a team, it will not be listed.
To add a team to a ticket type, go back to the Ticket Type/Sub Types section and edit the Ticket Type. Check off the team on the edit screen and hit Save.
