There are certain things you must have and the rest is icing on the cake.
Your Clients are the reason you use Revelation. They are the people who are logging the tickets to the help desk.
Users can be internal (your staff) or external (your Clients).
You must have one project – it could just be the name of your location, Help Desk tickets, or whatever you want to name it. Revelation can have multiple projects assigned against a client or only one. (Just so long as there is one.)
The tickets are the issues you’re working on for the Client.
