This report shows how much time your staff is logging for a specified time period, rather than by project, and includes those users designated as Staff Plus. If left at the default, All Staff for the current month will appear in the report. A Team can be specified to refine the search. This can also be left at the default to show all teams.
Once the report is displayed, you can select an individual and expand their time notes. From this expansion, you will see which clients they billed against. Further expansion shows projects and then the actual tickets. You can get into the ticket notes of both open and closed tickets for the time period.
