Returns a table showing ticket statistics by month.
NOTE:Due to the size of this report, the screen has been split below for ease of viewing.
The statistics shown, by column, are:

Date - the month and year for the information

Open - the number of tickets opened that month

Closed - the number of tickets closed that month

Outstanding (O/S) - number of tickets outstanding for the month. This includes tickets opened in previous months which have not yet been closed.

Open vs 3Av - The number opened versus the three month average for opened tickets

Closed vs 3Av - The number of closed tickets versus the three month average for closed tickets

O/S vs Open - Percentage of outstanding tickets versus tickets opened for the month

Aged Open - The age of the open tickets for the month
