Revelation Core is offered free to any organization looking to get up and running quickly with a power web-based helpdesk application. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. Revelation core contains a trimmed feature set that focuses on core helpdesk functions allowing any support focused organization to get to work. Core setup includes five (5) named licenses.
If you are using the Core Edition, you have the option to upgrade to the cloud edition by clicking on the button located in the top banner.
Revelation cloud or on-premise editions contain all of the primary help desk features offered by YellowFish software. This one-size-fits-all application is offered via 'the cloud' as our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering or in your own environment.
With no software to download or install, the Revelation cloud edition is the perfect solution for the modern help desk looking to increase productivity without increasing headaches. The cloud edition will be updated on a regular basis, with new features deployed as they are developed.
You will be notified when a new feature is scheduled to be added, and users will receive a pop-up explaining how the new feature works. As with many features in Revelation, the transparency function will keep them hidden from the interface unless you decide to use them. In this way, you get a newer piece of software but can decide how and when to roll out the new features to your staff and user base.
