Here are the new and enhanced features in Revelation 2015 for cloud and server:

New Features
Dashboard	Surface data from groups of tickets onto your homepage in interactive graphs and charts
Activity Feed	A real time list of current activity on whichever set of tickets you are most interested in
Email Parser	Rewritten from the ground up, the new parser uses custom rules to scan emails and log/close tickets, send email, create users, etc.

Enhanced Features
Time Sheet	Daily view now available Indicates if you have not added the minimum amount of time for the day. Dates and hours stay on page while scrolling Get to ticket details by clicking on ticket number
Ticket Manager	Upgraded to an interactive graphic interface
Ticket Monitor (home page)	Can select visible home page tickets from staff, teams, queues, clients, client types & project types.
Full Screen Homepage	Can hide/collapse both left and right data columns When sorting a column in grid view, an indicator appears to confirm column and sort direction
Email templates	Add hyperlinks to email templates without having to write HTML code
