A completely redesigned homepage brings ticket activity, workload and everyday tools together in a streamlined workspace, with improved filtering, grouping, ticket views and personalization options.

Ask Rai

Ask questions using live Revelation ticket data to find tickets, explore workload and trends, and generate supported metrics and charts. Ask Rai also includes a new full-screen workspace, saved prompts, ticket-aware context and suggested follow-up questions.


Major RedesignFull-Page Ticket Editor

Ticket editing rebuilt as a full-page experience with a pinned header, combined field/action saving, unsaved-change protection, and live SLA recalculation before saving.

The Admin Area has been reorganized around task-based categories, with improved navigation, search, favorites, recent screens and clearer access to configuration options.

Create color-coded User and System tags to organize tickets, apply tags individually or in bulk, and use them to filter tickets from the homepage.

Multi Edit has been expanded and modernized with more bulk-editing options for ticket details, actions, assignments, dates, hierarchy, custom fields and other ticket information.

The ticket/SLA timeline has been refreshed to provide a clearer view of response and resolution milestones, at-risk points, breaches, closure status and current SLA progress.

The ticket merge process now makes it easier to select the surviving ticket, combine descriptions and choose how merged tickets are handled.

Timesheets have been rebuilt with Daily and Weekly views, summary information, missing-time indicators, streamlined time entry, pending entries and improved staff timesheet management.

User and contact management has been rebuilt into a clearer, sectioned profile experience for managing identity, access, roles, teams, security, preferences and other user settings.
