December 2017 update (version 17.12)
| Single Sign On is here |
We've been asked about Single Sign On for a long time - and now it's here! Give your users the ability to sign in using a Microsoft business account (Office 365 or Azure), Facebook or Google+.

Enable Single Sign On for your users |
Single Sign On is easy to activate - simply turn it on. |

Use Microsoft, Facebook or Google+ |
To use Microsoft, you need to add your Azure AD Tenant*. For Facebook or Google+, if the option is selected, your users just need to login in those programs and associate it with Revelation helpdesk. |

User Profile Shows SSO options |
At the top of each user's profile, you'll see their Single Sign On Identities. Your staff will be able to add their SSO account details from the drop down on the home page. |

Updated Audit Report |
Use the report to find out if staff or end users are using SSO to access Revelation helpdesk. |

| Connect multiple Tenants | Have multiple Microsoft Tenants? Not a problem. Add them all.* |
| Require Microsoft ID to login to Revelation helpdesk | You can require users to use only their Microsoft login. Simply set Login with Microsoft in the Admin area. |
*You must be an Admin for the Microsoft Account to do this.
November 2017 update (version 17.11)
| More Personalization options | Update your Nav settings, Contacts options, backgrounds, date formats, etc. from the drop down on your home page. |
| Contacts Cards | Select which fields appear in the Contact Cards on your home page, or set it up by team. |
| Action Column has more information | With a glance, see if your client has added a note to their ticket, or if someone internal has added something. New icons in the Action column on the home page will let you know if it's a note or an email. |
| Update Tickets to existing Templates/Workflows | Ever log a ticket and then realize you could have used an existing template or workflow? Convert it easily with one click of a button. |
| Scheduling updates | Update your schedules to every X weeks on a particular day or X months on a particular date instead of just weekly/monthly |

October 2017 update (version 17.10)
| Page through your tickets | Use the arrows by the ticket number to page through your tickets from your Home Page, in a Search Result, or your Pin Dock. |
| Asset Dashboard | All your asset data and types in an easy to read dashboard. Drill down to specifics, see tickets logged against assets. Provides access to useful asset info and quick searches of assets. If you set your Phrase Control for Licenses or something other than Assets, it will customize the dashboard using your phrases. |
| Team Level Personalization | Add a different logo in the Masthead, or Reports for each team. You can also set the Nav color by team |
| New System Action | Revelation adds a new system action note when the ticket description is changed. See the original ticket description, new description and who made the change. |

| Phone number updates | If you don't have the Customer's direct number, the location number will be shown in the Ticket Details area. |
| @tag update | Staff member's name will be highlighted to show they have been @tagged in a ticket. |
| Auto-Close update | We've added the ability to set a specific date/time for a ticket to close. |
| Access Customer Info quicker | Right click on the customer name in a ticket and get options to edit the customer (if allowed), see all contacts or see all open tickets for the customer. |
| Turn off outbound email | Don't want any emails to be sent by Revelation helpdesk? You can now turn off the system with one button. |
| Password strength | Select a required strength level for passwords. Three levels are available - Medium, Strong and Very Strong. |

| More Powerful Templates | Quick Notes can now be used in Ticket Templates and Workflows. Add more information to the Quick Notes, including Ticket status, Priorities, Time, etc. See what the Quick Note has associated before adding it to a ticket in a tool tip. |
| Ticket Status | Update your ticket status from the home page grid. |
| Hyperlink Tickets | You can now enter other ticket numbers as a hyperlink within an Action Note. |
| Adding Assets | Manually adding Assets has been simplified. Just right click a Contact or the Assets icon and select Add Asset. |
| Custom Forms | Configure dropdown values to have them auto filter when logging tickets. (Only appropriate information will be viewable on drop downs when logging the tickets) |

| Sending an email should be simple | |
| Inline Email from within Ticket Details |
You can now email your client directly from within the Action Note. The Email icon has been moved to within the Action Note tool bar. Click on the icon, write your email, add your time, and it will still be added as an Action to your ticket. It's just easier to find now. |
| Close that in 2 days, please | |
| Auto 'Magically' Close tickets | A new ticket status has been added with the option to Auto-Close tickets in a specified time. |
| Now I can see it all | |
| Right tools stack for easier viewing | When you lock one fly out from the right column tools, all three will now lock open, and stack for easier viewing. Click on the header for the one you want to see, the others will stack behind. |
