Meet Rai (pronounced “Ray”), your friendly Revelation helpdesk AI assistant. Rai helps support agents work faster, communicate more clearly, and make informed decisions by turning ticket details into clear, actionable insights — all without leaving your secure Microsoft 365 environment.
While Rai can’t make changes in the ticketing system itself, it can help you triage tickets, draft professional replies, propose root-cause ideas, and summarize activity so you can focus on the work that matters. You can also use Rai to assist with writing your Action Notes before they're added to the ticket, in case you need to sound more professional, more concise, or more friendly.

You can easily identify any AI-enhanced tickets on your Revelation homepage with just a glance. From your dashboard, an AI icon will appear alongside any ticket that has been enhanced with Revelation AI:
The Revelation AI icon will appear inside your ticket as well - if a ticket has used any of Rai's AI features, users will see the icon appear next to the ticket number:
If an action note has been edited or created using Revelation AI, users will see an orange icon appear next to the Action Note owner's name:
A message will appear when you hover your cursor over the icon, indicating how Revelation AI enhanced the action note and what GPT instance was used to do so.
Filter by AI
You can also filter your search results to see AI Enhanced tickets. Click the Search icon to access the full Search page.
Add a new filter by clicking the + Add button.
For Type, select Ticket. For Filter, scroll to the bottom of the filtering options list and select Revelation AI.
To only see AI Enhanced tickets, check the box next to AI Enhanced Tickets only. Then click + Filter to apply the filter to your current list.
When you click Search, Revelation will show you results that include AI Enhancement.
