Here are the new and enhanced features in Revelation 2010:

New Features
Report Builder Module	New module allows you to create your own reports based on the fields available in Revelation Based on Microsoft Reporting Services Save reports as either Excel or PDF Import and export reports Integrated with Scheduled Events Module
Report Favorites	Frequently run reports can be set as a favorite by user, or as a system favorite by an administrator Can be set as the Reports home page Spelling of 'Favorites' will be localized This feature requires the Report Builder Module
Custom Contact Search	Configure up to 10 user fields and log a call via configured fields This feature is part of Management Plus module
Call Action Filter	Ability to filter down a call’s action history This feature is part of Management Plus module
Wildcard Search	Wildcards have been added to the search function
Call History Paging	Allows for large calls to show a selected number of actions per page

Enhanced Features
Knowledge Base	Ability to add to the main navigation tab for quick access Tag cloud has been added for quick access to the most popular searches Now searchable by article number Articles can now be emailed to other Revelation users
Management Plus	Administration interface now tabbed
Email Parser	Append and auto bill emails to existing calls New security option added to allow only known users to add to Revelation by email Added support for Regex statement
Online Training	Links to online training modules for both internal and external users to make the Revelation experience even easier.
Call Assignment	Now drag-and-drop enabled
Email support	Email system now supports Secure POP and IMAP
License Alert Manager	Revelation now alerts Admins if log ins exceed the number of licenses available
Print Layout	An additional option has been added to include the name of the person who has logged a specific action in the printout. Useful for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
