*Please note: The following fields may be required. In certain areas, when the information is not available, Revelation will create it.

Client Information Fields:

Item	Information
Client Type	Must match an existing client type in Revelation exactly. If you do not use Client Types, you must use the system default.
Client Name	Must be unique
Alias	Must be unique

Location Information Fields:

Item	Information
Client	Must match an existing Client Name exactly
Location Name	Must be unique by client
Address Line 1
Country	Full country name (e.g. United States)
State	Two letter abbreviation
Is Location	1 for Yes, 0 for No
Is Main Location	1 for Yes, 0 for No *If Client has multiple locations, there can only be one Main Location
Is Billing Address	1 for Yes, 0 for No

Support Staff Fields:

These can be imported only to a Host Company

Location	Must match existing location on Host Company
First Name
Last Name
Primary Email
User Name	Must be unique across all clients
Password
Access Level	Must match an existing access level exactly
Roles	Must match existing roles exactly Multiple roles can be added by separating them with a comma (e.g.: Admin, Technician)
Default Role	Must match an Assigned Role from Above
Team	Must match an existing team in Revelation exactly

End User Fields:

Item	Information
Client	If this information isn't provided, it will auto-create clients
Location	If this information is not provided, it will auto create location
First Name
Last Name
Primary Email
User Name	Must be unique across all clients
Password
Access Level	Must match an existing Access Level in Revelation (e.g. External Admin)
