Revelation helpdesk reporting starts with the Splash Screen view. Click on any of the items to be immediately taken to the appropriate area for the report, whether a Custom report or Slices.
If you turn off the Splash Screen, clicking on the Reporting button will take you to the Classic Reports tab. From here, you can see the Custom and Saved Reports as well.
