Outlook Bridge Installation (Classic)

The Revelation Outlook Bridge is a free, unsupported utility, available for download.

 

The installer, which works with Microsoft Office, can be accessed by clicking here.

 

The installation process is simple:

  • Run the Revelation-Outlook Bridge installer from the appropriate link above.

    • For Hosted clients, it is important you  specify http://office.revelationhelpdesk.com/service.asmx

    • For On Premise clients, use the web service as configured in your environment.

Instructions

  • Ensure Microsoft Outlook is closed and run the appropriate installer.

  • When prompted for the WebService URL: please complete using the following format.

If you host with us:

Enter http://office.revelationhelpdesk.com/service.asmx

If you self host:

First enter the URL you use to access your copy of Revelation and then append with /OfficeWebService/Service.asmx

Example:

If you normally access your copy of Revelation via http://support.acmeinc.com you would enter as

http://support.acmeinc.com/OfficeWebService/Service.asmx

 

Click Next and complete the installation wizard.
