Provides a report of all open tickets assigned by Teams set up in Revelation. If no team is assigned, the category will be listed as 'None'.

The default sort is by Open tickets. You can also search by tickets On Hold.

While Closed is shown as an option, we do not recommend running this report. It is shown as a default Ticket Status Type, but does not return a valid report.

Once the report is run, the Team(s) can be expanded to show the list of ticket numbers
If the ticket is not assigned to a specific team, the assigned staff is not part of a team, or it assigned to a Queue, the Team may show as a blank.
