Users have the ability to create custom group views on the fly by opening the Group drop-down menu on the home page.

Select as many options from the list as needed, and Revelation will automatically update your ticket grid.
NOTE: For System Administrators with custom forms created, Revelation does allow users to group by a custom form/field.
For on-the-fly grouping, the resulting view cannot be saved.
