The Ticket Hierarchy (Parent/Child) options are linked to Ticket Hierarchy in the Admin area. If this option is not enabled, the tab will not be visible in Multi Edit mode. Remember to hit Save before leaving Multi Edit.

You will receive a warning message about losing the Hierarchy for both parent and child tickets. |
