The Revelation helpdesk Microsoft 365 (M365) App is an add-on that integrates Revelation helpdesk directly into your Microsoft environment.
NOTE: This app replaces the old Teams app, which has been deprecated as of May 2026.
The app is built around two main components: an AI-powered chat experience and ticket viewing within Teams channel tabs.
NOTE: RAI IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS FULL CHAT FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN THE MICROSOFT 365 APP.

Using chat, you can interact with Revelation helpdesk using natural language to perform common actions such as viewing tickets, logging updates, retrieving ticket details, and accessing help guide content.
The app also includes tab-based ticket views, allowing you to access your tickets or configure filtered views for teams, queues, or projects directly within Teams.
You can also create tickets or add action notes from existing Teams conversations, making it easy to capture work without leaving the platform.
The Revelation helpdesk M365 App is available for free through the Microsoft App Store.
