The Revelation M365 App is a free Teams app, available through the Microsoft Teams App Store.
Click the icon to go to the Revelation M365 app landing page: 
Get Revelation helpdesk App from Microsoft Teams Apps store:
- In Microsoft Teams, click on the Apps Button and type Revelation helpdesk to search for the App.
- Select Revelation helpdesk and click Add.
- Once installed, click Open to initiate login.
