Outlook

You can use the Revelation Microsoft 365 app in Outlook as well – just select the Apps icon from your lefthand menu and choose Revelation helpdesk.

The app will prompt you to sign in to your Revelation instance. Once you sign in, you will be able to see all of your tickets right in your Outlook window.
