As we expand the system, things start to link together:
Your Clients can be an external organization, internal departments, Internal cost centers, or something else, depending on your business. One thing all clients will have is Users.
Users are split into two types:

End Users are individuals within your Client. They are able to log into Revelation, but with limited functionality. They can log tickets or view their tickets. No license is required for End Users. The End Users tie to a Client Location. If the Client has multiple locations, End Users can be tied to the appropriate location.

Internal Users would be your staff. Each Internal User requires a license for Revelation, which will allow them to use the full functionality within the product. How much functionality they have is based on their User level, which is set within Revelation.
Clients have Projects. At least one project has to be in place and can be as simple as Client Support. Tickets fall under Projects and, once at least one Project is in place, Tickets can be logged against the Project. Projects have Business Rules, shown in The Full View, and the Tickets follow these rules.
In simple terms: Clients have Projects - Projects have Tickets - Users log Tickets. Clients also have Locations and the End Users tie to those locations.
