Clients receive email notifications for certain functions in Revelation. However, this is optional and each project for a client may have a different set of email notifications, or none at all. The client can also see tickets and reports for their projects on the End User Interface, but only if you as the administrator allow them access. This table shows which clients can access reports over the End User Interface and which email notifications your clients receive for their projects.
