For tickets closed for a select period of time, and sorted by category:
When the report is run, it will show the year the ticket was closed. If the period includes more than one year, all years will be shown.
Once the report is run, you can expand the year to show specific months, expand the months to show the Ticket Types and expand the Ticket Types to show the ticket numbers and dates/time closed.
