This report is especially helpful for clients with multiple projects and/or locations. It shows how much time has been logged to a project and/or location, and the associated costs. The cost shown is based on the hourly rate multiplied by the hours billed. Non-billable time is not counted in these costs. By selecting a specific client at the pull down menu, along with a specified time period, all projects and locations associated with the client, as well as the time and dollar amounts will appear.
The options for this report are as follows:
Report Type: Time or Volume default is set in Report Views, but either can be selected
Client type: Select from the drop down or leave at default for all
Client: Multiple clients can be selected by clicking on the arrow. Select the clients you want to see while holding the Ctrl key. For all the clients, leave the pull down box at the default.
Location:If the client has multiple locations, you can select one or leave at the default to show all locations.
Cost Center: Select from the drop down or leave at default for all
Team: Select from the drop down or leave at default for all
Predefined Dates: The options are Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month (default) and Last Month.
Start Date/End Date: As with the other reports, you can specify a date range outside the predefined dates or select the specific date range with the calendar pull downs.
Once your report displays, depending on your report criteria specified, the columns in this report will be displayed as the following:
Client/Project: A sub heading under each client for each project along with the location
Non Bill/Bill: The amount of time non-billed/billed to that client/location for that specified time frame.
Total: The total non-billable/billable time for each client/location for that specified time frame.
Value: The value is calculated from the bill rate multiplied by the billable hours
These descriptions are based on having the Time option set. If Volume is selected, one column with Ticket Volume totals will appear.
