The options for this report are as follows:
Report Type: Time or Volume default is set in System Options, but either can be selected. A third option of Charge Amount is also available.
Client Rank: Select from Top or Bottom using the radio buttons.
# to Display: Five, Ten, Twenty-five (default), Fifty, All
Predefined Dates: The options are Last 3 Months (default), Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, Year to Date and None
Start Date/End Date: As with the other reports, you can specify a date range outside the predefined dates or select the specific date range with the calendar pull downs.
When Display is hit, the Top (or Bottom, depending on the selection) clients for the option chosen will be shown. Sorting can be done by any of the columns.
If a client is no longer active, it will show in italic font, in grey.
