NOTE: Mapping is activated in the Administration area. If it is not active, this feature will not be visible.
Selecting the Map View will show the location of the open tickets associated with the assets in Revelation helpdesk. By clicking on the locator icon, the address will appear along with a list of currently open tickets for that location.
