Asset Filters

Here is a breakdown of the various Asset Filters for Search:

Filter	Description	Additional Information
Device	Select from a list of devices in the system
Model/Manufacturer	Select the Manufacturer from the drop down, then select the model from the secondary drop down	Multiple Models can be selected by clicking on the arrow to the right of the drop down and holding the Ctrl key while selecting.
Serial Number	Choose from Starts With or Contains and enter all or part of the serial number
Processor	Select from the drop down. If multiple processors are needed, click the arrow to the right of the drop down and hold the Ctrl key to select.
Operating System	Select from the drop down. If multiple Operating Systems are needed, click the arrow to the right of the drop down and hold the Ctrl key to select.
Asset Active	Select either Yes or No to filter out active or inactive assets.
Device Name	Choose from Starts With or Contains and enter all or part of the device name.
Warranty Expires	Choose from Starts With or Contains and enter all or part of the Warranty information.
Custom Fields	Select from the drop down. If multiple items are needed, click the arrow to the right of the drop down and hold the Ctrl key to select.

This feature is not available for Core users.
